On August 15th, co-sponsored by Institute of Statistical Science of National Bureau of Statistics, SMXMU, School of Management Taipei Medical University and Xiamen Feiteng Network Technology Co. Ltd, supported by the Social Science Department and Publicity Department of Xiamen University, the network public opinion analysis, conducted by the Big Data Lab of XMU’s Data Mining Research Center, was officially issued. The analysis’s data was acquired by Xiamen Shuxi Information Technology Co. Ltd. through directional information grabbing technology.
The analysis takes “the public opinion of property market” as the main subject and discusses hot topics such as “Increase in Volume and Price”, “Supply-side Reform”, “Replacing the Business Tax with a Value-added Tax in Real Estate Market”, “Inventory Improvement”, “Policy Easing”, “Contract Tax New Policy”, “Land King”, “Lever”, and “Property-purchasing Limitations in First-tier Cities”. The analysis acquires it data by collecting opinion information from the real estate channels of 10 national web portals and authoritative real estate websites through web crawler technology. 51105 network opinion information regarding real estate were acquired, after selection and classification, 24001 valid ones were picked up. The analysis displays the heat difference, content features, incidence relation, and emotional tendency in different regions of public topics regarding real estate national wide from January 2016 to now, and illustrates the public’s attention features during the period, through word clouds, association analysis and sub-regional tendency analysis techniques
