MTA Program

 

MTA(Master of Tourism Administration) in SMXMU was launched in 2010, authorized by the Ministry of Education, aiming to cultivate high-level, practice-oriented talents in tourism management.

Xiamen University is one of the few universities in China to be authorized to launch the Master of Tourism Administration Program. Based on the discipline and faculty strengths, MTA emphasizes international cooperation, in order to cultivate high-level and interdisciplinary tourism management talents with international scope, strategic vision, leadership skills, and business ethics. The four specializations of MTA SMXMU are: tourism (real estate) investment management, tourism destination planning and management, international hotel management and tourism service management.
